Rates, route and times


Primary school pupils pay €5.00 regardless of the chosen distance.

The other walkers pay €10 for the 5, 10, 15 and 20 km and €15 for the 25, 30 and 40 km.

It is still possible to register on the day itself, but costs € 3,- extra (guppies € 1,-) and can be paid in cash, by PIN or by QR code and ypur bank app.

40 km between 7 am and 8 am
30 km between 8 am and 10 am
25 km between 9 am and 11 am
20 km between 10 am and 12 noon
15 km between 11 am and 1 pm
10 km between 11 am and 1 pm< br> 5 km between 12 noon and 1 pm.

Guppenloop (‘Guppy Walk’, 5 km) between 12 noon and 1 pm.

Finish time

5pm on the FINISH terrain at Plein 1945.

Rolling stock

The 5 km route can also be covered with scooters, wheelchairs, prams and buggies. Where it is more difficult for rolling stock, diversions are indicated.

Here you can enjoy a drink and a snack. You can also make use of the available toilet facilities. We are very grateful to these companies for their cooperation!

First aid

The medical supervision is in the hands of Red Cross dept. IJmond. They are present with several volunteers, both from posts and with bikes.

The bikers are present at the lock complex and in the ‘Spaarnwoude’ recreation area. They can be called via the emergency number stated on the stamp card.

Permanent first aid posts on the route are located at the start, in the ‘Zeewijk’ nature playground, at the ‘Kop van de Haven’ stamping post and at ‘Villa Zomerdijk’. Of course, the necessary medical care is also available at the finish area.

The volunteers of the Red Cross IJmond are broadly trained.
